How many UK mortgage lenders do you work with?

We have access to 80+ UK mortgage lenders through the Primis Mortgage Network, including all major high-street banks, building societies and specialist lenders.

Do you charge a fee to recommend a lender?

Your initial mortgage consultation is free with no obligation. If you decide to proceed with an application, a broker fee may apply depending on the complexity of your case — typically £199–£299, capped at 1% of the loan amount or £650 (whichever is lower). The exact amount is explained and agreed in writing before any chargeable work begins. Lenders may also pay us a procuration fee on completion.

How do you choose which lender is right for me?

We match your circumstances — income, deposit, credit history, property type — to each lender's criteria and current rate book, then recommend the one most likely to approve you at the best overall cost.

Can I use you to switch lenders at remortgage?
