Excellent service
From the moment I contacted Mortgage Genie and spoke to Lewis Newbould I was inspired with confidence. Lewis did an excellent job of identifying the product suited to my requirements and circumstances. Everything was explained clearly and concisely, and he challenged a bizarre decision from the valuation company, resulting in a very prompt mortgage offer.

The Mortgage Genie team are phenomenal
When so many other brokers said they couldn't help us because my partner is an agency worker, the team at Mortgage Genie stepped in and sorted the whole thing. Matty, Rachel and Lewis were phenomenal, helpful and so supportive during the whole process. Truly the only mortgage brokers I will ever use.

Excellent Service — First-Time Buyers
Me and my partner are first time buyers, so the thought of getting our mortgage was really daunting for us. An extremely supportive company
James was fantastic in helping me secure a mortgage offer and kept me updated throughout the process. I don't need to worry about when my mortgage is due for renewal as he contacts me well in advance. He's got me excellent offers, especially in the current climate, and offers me great advice and help. He arranges reviews of my life assurance and mortgage protection too. It's definitely a 10/10 from me!
